Today as part of a day all about Library Technologies, I did a short presentation to this group about our Library Management System, Softlink's Oliver.

What do I do?

Let's start with this:

New curriculum, budget cuts, it's time to rethink the function of the school library. As my role and my Library space continues to change I need to look at what I can, and can't do. Perhaps I become more consultative with class teachers on how to set up research assignments in their classrooms, locate and use information rather than do it in the library. I become more of a trainer and collaborator.
